About
MsBalloonsNYC originated in December 2013 when the owner, Ashley Faye, decided to do her own balloon decor for her baby shower while being 9 months pregnant. She then continued to practice different designs and her father made all her equipment by hand to give her a head start.
Once she realized this was a passion and she enjoyed this new hobby she decided to go public and bring that joy to others. She did her first event for a friend in September 2014.
Not only is she great at what she does she is also a full time nurse. So her passion is to help others no matter what the challenge may be.
She looks forward to trying something new so please do not hesitate to send over ideas that you would like her to remake.

FAQ
Do you travel?
I only take events within the 5 boroughs of NYC, Nassau County and Suffolk County. To travel outside of NYC, all travel expenses must be paid depending on location. Delivery charges will apply.
Do you ship balloons?
Yes. Please order at least 2 weeks prior to your event. All balloons come deflated.
How soon do I book?
Please book at least 3-8 weeks in advance. The reason for booking this early is to ensure all supplies are available.
How do I book you?
Pleaase go to the contact page to leave your inquiry. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
What is the required deposit?
Once the order is finalized half of your total is due as a deposit and the other half is due a week before your event.
Are there any refunds?
All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit ensures that your slot will be held. If you cancel your event within 48 hrs of making your deposit you will receive your full refund, otherwise there will be NO REFUNDS. If a cancellation occurs after 48 hrs you are allowed to choose another date,
Do you take rush orders?
Yes, I do take rush orders but there is a rush fee to ensure all your supplies needed are on hand.
